New Installation
Installation of new systems on gates we build or on existing gates. Any new installation gets 1 year service included.(See Service of Systems for details.) All systems we install meet UL325 requirements. Any peripherals you require telephone entry systems, timed opening and closing, automatic opening for exiting traffic, extra safety devices, cameras, lights, remote activation, and many others.
Existing Systems
Repair of existing systems and bringing these systems up to current code requirements is offered. We will meet with you to discuss any upgrade required to acheive safe operation of your gate.
Service of Systems
It is recommended that every automated gate/door system be checked at least every 6 months, high use operators every 3 months.
No matter what type of operator you have we will set up a schedule and maintain your system. This will reduce break downs of your system and save you money on costly service calls to repair systems. Each maintainence call consist of check electrical connections, lubrication of moving components, checking oil levels (replacing if neccessary), attachment points, testing of all safety devices, and any adjustments required due to normal use. With each visit you will receive a written report via e-mail, fax, or US mail.
